The Jersey City Employment and Training Program (JCETP) provides a range of services for individual job seekers and employers looking for skilled workers. JCETP skills assessment and employment counseling services are available through our offices located in downtown Jersey City at 121-125 Newark Avenue. Individuals interested in accessing our services can pre-register through this website or in-person at our offices. JCETP provides Adult Services that support basic job search needs from resume writing to skills assessment. Also provided are Intensive services covering specialized needs of customers to help overcome employment barriers (linguistic, health, housing). JCETP also provides Youth Services for both out-of-school and in-school youth populations seeking employment opportunities, training and support services. All youth must meet WIA criteria for program participation.
