The JCETP, a non-profit agency, has been servicing Jersey City residents for the last 28 years. Its motto has been "Helping Our Community to Work." The agency exceeded six performance standards for the last 3 years of JTPA. The JCETP staff works together with various social service agencies to assist customers securing employment. It has also been involved with servicing over 25,000 youth in Jersey City for over two decades.
