Veterans WIA: specialized service for Veterans.

Vocational Rehab.: JCETP’s service for persons with disabilities. Among other things, JCETP offers alternative training and college placement to persons that are eligible.

Wagner-Peyser: employment service recruitment partner for eligible persons.

Old Amer. – Title V: a service for eligible persons over the age of 65.

Dislocated Worker: service designed for those who were laid off by their last employer.

Other WIA: JCETP partners. They include veteran services, Unemployment Insurance, Family Development (welfare) and the Division of Vocational Rehab.

Other non-WIA: JCETP partners. They include Parole, Probation, and Juvenile Justice Commission.

Work First New Jersey: JCETP’s service for residents who receive welfare and are attempting to re-enter into the workforce.

Workforce Development: JCETP’s service for residents who receive unemployment benefits.

Workforce 55+: a service offered by JCETP for eligible persons over the age of 55.

Workplace Literacy: JCETP’s program geared toward broadening worker’s skills in several key areas including English Language Proficiency, Basic Literacy/Computer skills and Job Readiness. Interactive technology is provided to help individuals acquire the skills they need to find, hold and advance in a job.

Parole Program: JCETP’s non-WIA program designed for residents who are currently on parole.

Probation Program: JCETP’s non-WIA program designed for residents who are currently on court-mandated probation.

Professional Service Group (PSG): JCETP’s service for individuals who lost their jobs, have high skills and can share their skills with similarly situated individuals. Eligible persons have access to JCETP’s business service center and to all available space (for interviewing, research, etc.) at JCETP.

Career Beacon: a workshop series offered by JCETP that provides reemployment services, Workforce Investment partnering, customized training and increased job knowledge and skills to help residents become self sufficient in today’s labor market.
